Who We Are

I'm Nedgie Bartelus, founder of PLANDA Consulting. I built this firm on a simple belief: a plan is only as good as its execution — and most organizations don't struggle to make plans, they struggle to deliver on them.

My background is in program and project controls for large, high-stakes contracts — the kind where a missed milestone doesn't just slip a calendar, it triggers real financial exposure. I've managed multi-million dollar deliverables on contracts carrying up to $30M in schedule penalty risk, led change management across a 25-project portfolio, and served as Deputy Project Manager overseeing 65+ annual deliverables. I've also helped stand up an enterprise PMO from the ground up and supported a 5-year strategic plan that grew revenue by 11%.

What that experience taught me: the firms that succeed aren't the ones with the most ambitious plans — they're the ones with the discipline to execute, adapt, and report clearly along the way. That's what I bring to every engagement.
